In small teams of 3–4 practitioners, either from the same organization or mixed, participants will collaborate to rapidly design and build AI agents. Through exploring and mapping process workflows, testing, and iterating over three hours, each team will develop a functioning agent that addresses a real challenge or use case faced by procurement teams.
