ORO Labs Partners with SAP to Deliver Procurement Orchestration as a Solution Extension

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. — October 5, 2026 — ORO Labs, the leading agentic orchestration platform for enterprise procurement, today announced it has entered into an agreement with SAP for its procurement orchestration solution to be sold as a solution extension under the name SAP Ariba Procurement Orchestration by ORO Labs. The offering will give SAP customers a purpose-built orchestration layer that connects procurement experiences, workflows, and systems across complex enterprise environments.

SAP Ariba Procurement Orchestration by ORO Labs will enable organizations to span multi-application, heterogeneous landscapes, encompassing both SAP and third-party systems, including orchestration across current-generation and next-generation SAP Ariba solutions environments. The solution will also workin coordination with Joule Work to orchestrate procurement processes across an organization's broader technology landscape, including deployments where Joule Work serves as the primary user engagement layer.

“Enterprises want to realize value from agentic AI immediately, while building on the technology investments they already trust,” said Sudhir Bhojwani, CEO and Co-founder of ORO Labs.“This partnership brings agentic orchestration to SAP customers by combining SAP Ariba solutions with ORO’s procurement orchestration capabilities. Together, we can make procurement work for every employee and help global enterprises modernize without disrupting the continuity and control their operations require.”

“Procurement transformation doesn't happen in a single system; it happens across the entire technology landscape,” said Manoj Swaminathan, President and Chief Product Officer, SAP Autonomous Suite. “ORO Labs’ solution extension reflects how our ecosystem is bringing that reality to life, giving customers the flexibility to modernize at their own pace while putting AI to work within the governed processes that enterprise operations depend on. This is the kind of partner innovation that helps our customers move faster without starting over.”

The solution will enable customers to:

●     Create a unified procurement experience across systems. Give employees a simpler way to initiate and navigate procurement work while orchestrating processes across SAP and third-party applications.

●     Adapt processes faster.Use low-code/no-code workflows to respond to changing business requirements, policies, and operating models without disrupting underlying systems.

●     Orchestrate across heterogeneous environments.Connect procurement processes across SAP and third-party systems usingpre-built connectors and APIs, with SAP Integration Suite supportingintegration orchestration.

●     Put AI to work within governed processes.Incorporate agentic capabilities into procurement workflows while maintainingenterprise controls, approvals, and human oversight.

“Enterprises are navigating two transformations at once: the emergence of AI-driven ways of working and the continued evolution of complex ERP and procurement landscapes,” said Patrick Reymann, IDC. “Orchestration provides a way to connect those worlds, allowing the experience and process layer to evolve without being constrained by the pace of change in underlying systems.”

“SAP and ORO Labs represent two of the most powerful forces in modern procurement. Together, they address the full spectrum of what our clients need to extract the most value across their spend while simplifying procurement experience for all users,” said Frank Scirica, Senior Partner, Business Operations Practice Leader, IBM. “At IBM, we see this partnership as a force multiplier — allowing us to architect and manage procurement ecosystems that are not only best-in-class technically, but genuinely transformative for how our clients manage spend, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency at scale.”

ORO Labs is an SAP Solution Extension partner, specifically chosen to extend SAP Ariba solutions with procurement orchestration capabilities. Before they are made generally available, SAP Solution Extensions have to undergo and pass SAP’s qualification process and are SAP-branded, sold and supported, giving customers access to complementarycapabilities through their existing SAP relationship.
